Could sudden bipolar symptoms and panic attacks be related to taking vicodin?

I've recreationally taken a few vicodin (1-2 about every other day) for about the past week. I noticed that every day for the past 3 days, I've been having crazy mood swings and what seems to be a couple of panic attacks? Uncontrollable crying, feelings of hopelessness and suicidal thoughts, fear and anxiety... I have never experienced these attacks before, I'm just wondering if this sounds familiar to anyone, and could possibly be brought on or related to the vicodin.
