What should I do it my dad hits me?

Me dad came into my room a couple of minutes ago and told me to keep it down on xbox live. I said "what!?" I had my turtle beaches on at the time ( really loud headphones for xbox if you didn't know ) so I couldn't hear him. Hence the "what!?" anyway he came up to me got right in my face and said down my xbox live mic "don't you talk to me like you do to your friends boy" and head ed me. I then said "why head me therese no need for that" I was just about to explain why I said what and that I wasn't being rude before he called me a stupid **** noticing he had basically just admitted to head ing his own son to 3 of my friends. He then just went off and left me alone. My moms not in and I don't know what to do. I need help. Now. P.S this is not the first time. He hits me if I don't come down for my tea straight away or if I say I don't want to brush my teeth. I know I was complaining and being rude but that is NO reason to abuse me. I'm scared of him. Have been for about 3 years :/ ( I'm 14 - 15 next month 3rd feb ) please reply
