What harm can come with cheating on a domestic partner if you don't get caught nor bring home any disease?

Thinking about it...my cheating would only cause specific concrete harm if my husband ever finds out (which he is still blissfully unaware). As long as I play safe, there should be no STD's. So how can cheating cause any harm whatsoever as long as one does it discreetly?
