Could this election be even more of a surprise than Dewey/Truman?

With Obamamania sweeping the nation, the polls declaring him the winner, Ireland's bookies paying out on an Obama win, the press anointing him the new messiah, and a big party planned in Chicago, could we be surprised on Nov. 5th to wake up to a John McCain presidency.
