Country Song?

There is this country singer, a girl, and i can't think of her name of the song! She has long blonde curly-ish really it kind of wavy, hair. The video of the song i am thinking of is about her being in love with some dude. She is walking on the street i guess to meet him and when she gets there he has painted a pic of her on this really big canvas.
