How do you get an old red stain out of carpet.?

A week ago i tipped over a red fruit drink. I scrubbed till my fingers hurt with soap water and seltzer. It olny faded and now i have a big pink stain on my carpet. I don't have any chemical sprays to use and i am not allowed to use any. Any easy ways to get it out.
