How far should we go to accommodate Muslims in our culture?

i don't understand this, i know muslims who have dogs and are still strict muslims. Also if not allowing seeing eye dogs was due to religion it is something muslims should practice at home and not in public, a seeing eye dog is essential for some blind people to lead independent lives. Surly this is against the disability act which is to protect people from this kind of thing.
