How to remove very stubborn dirt from the body?

I just had a surgery at my ear area, previously inaccessible areas have now become exposed. Dirt which have aculated over the years are now staining the areas behind my ear. I've used olive and and soup but to no avail. Is there anything i can do to remove the stubborn dirt?
