My Coat of Arms for the surname 'BALL' is "FALCRUM DIGNITATIS VIRTUS" can anyone tell me what this means.

Falcrum Dignitatis Virtus is shown above a Knights Helmet flanked by two lions standing on hind legs, a single Lion is also between the lions and under the helmet in what seems a shield of some sort. I did note someone else was asking this same question some time ago in another forum, when I responded to the question with "Thats my Family Crest Moto" nothing more was mentioned, however, I'd still like to know.
