Romantic relaxing getaway in WA or OR?

My husband and I want to get away for our 1 year anniversary. We want to go somewhere quiet and relaxing. No where near the city. We aren't really looking for a ton of activities to do. We like rustic and would love a hot tub of some sort. Not to expensive either. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
