Will a tax evasion/ racketeering and bribery conviction affect my uncle's chances of getting a good job?

On most, if not every, application, you will find a question about whether or not you have been convicted of a crime or misdemeanor. This won't prevent your uncle from getting a job, but it'll be something that's considered by employers. In this market, it doesn't matter much.
