Boy trouble!! confused what do i do?

okay so it all started when this guy i liked since GRADE 1 (named skyler) dumped his girlfriend who's my friend named Toni-anne then she went after my ex so she gave me persmission to date him since shes my ex's new gf. On facebook i told him everything..how i felt and how much i liked him and that i wanted to go out..he said he felt the same way so i was dancing in my basement so happily but then the next day...things got akward... i tried hanging out with him, but the gossip went around that we were dating and people were making fun of us ..i didnt care and we hung out i bit and i loved every part of it but then one of my friends named cecile was flirting with him and they hung out at a play we went to for a fieldtrip.. that night he dumped me then went with cecile, i was devastated and then they went swimming and they kissed 2 days after that and they kiss and hug all the time....he said if things didint work out between him and cecile that we would go out but i was like...whatever, then i tried telling her but then he got mad and wouldint talk to me and i tried to be friends then later on facebook me cecile and ceciles ex were in a chat and i was telling her ex about skyler but then she lied and said she was free , i tried talking to skyler then she lied about everything ...I think i love him and cecile doesint even care for him...what should i do? he hates me and wont talk to me
