What is the acreage of a piece of property measuring 455.26' in perimeter?

There are 43,560 square feet in an acre. To figure out the square feet in a piece of property you need the length and width of the property. There is no way to tell for sure given your information. I did however divide the perimeter by 4 and then squared that number for you to get one guess which would be approximately 1/4 of an acre. This however umes the property is a complete square. However since it more than likely isn't I put in some numbers for a more rectangular piece of property. The maximum I figured it could be is an acre. That's a huge difference. You really need to find out what the length and width are to determine the acreage. Especially if you are looking to buy it. :)
