Will the city of Rio De Janeiro , Brasil , be chosen to host the 2016 Summer Olympics?

Rio has taken the lead in the voters minds as of now. Although the technical committee didn't much like the lay of the land (literally) and the current infrastructure they were pleased with the financing and of course there is the fact that South America has never hosted an Olympics. Chicago is second but slipping. The financial picture is iffy and the committee questions the practicality of so many temporary venues, distance between venues and the traffic conditions in Chicago.
